MY NEW, JAPANESE KNOTWEED SMOOTHIE RECIPE!
Sharon J. Bainbridge
1/4 cup of FRESH Japanese Knotweed Water
Four, freshly squeezed oranges
Half a melon
1 cup of frozen mango
I usually blend the Japanese Knotweed leaves, and stalks with distilled water, and leave in the fridge.
Use a tea strainer to sieve the 1/4 cup of Japanese Knotweed Water into a blender. Squeeze the four oranges, and add the juice, along with half the melon, and one cup of mango. Blend until smooth.
My daughter is fussy, so I have to sieve the smoothie. But they say it is best to keep all the fibre.
Japanese Knotweed, most certainly has given me more energy. I love the stuff! Hopefully, one day, it will get the credit it deserves!
MY JAPANESE KNOTWEED MIND MAP
I AM VERY MUCH LIKE THE JAPANESE KNOTWEED PLANT, YOU EITHER LOVE IT, OR YOU HATE IT!
Sadly, like Japanese Knotweed, people try to eradicate me, but I just get stronger, and get right back up, LOL!
Being an old fashioned mother, does not fit in with today's UK Society. But I don't care. Most mothers cannot make me out, because I ask them to sign petitions. And fight verbally for human rights. I only know a few UK Mothers that sign petitions. That includes this very important one down below! We need, ex Detective Margaret Oliver, to be promoted to HEAD OF UK POLICE. Odd how many mothers, and Mothers Groups refuse to help, or post it on their Facebook page!
