However, I do hope to find a way to cut out Herbamare (the salt replacement)
1 cup of ALMONDS
1/4 cup of CASH NUTS
2 tsp TURMERIC
1 tsp HERBAMARE (salt replacement, add to taste)
1 cup of DISTILLED WATER
2 CLOVES OF GARLIC
4 tsp SESAME SEEDS
Place all the ingredients in a blender, until smooth. Place in a glass jar, and keep in the fridge.
This usually lasts me two days.

My friend, an ex nurse, warned me how damaging medicines are to our health. And she was really concerned that I try and get off the Inhalers. She introduced me to Buteyko, which teaches you to breathe through the nose. I still have not mastered this. But my daughter has. However, working out that it is actually the foods I consumed that made me ill, I found more beneficial. All thanks to Google, You Tube and Dr Michael Greger.
